The latest new colourways to join the PS5 DualSense controller family are certainly hard to miss with their eye-catching brightness. Say hello to the wild-looking Hyperpop collection! Words: Amy Flower

A ll three of them take name inspiration from the music world –Techno Red, Remix Green, and Rhythm Blue – and feature glossy black tops that shift into intense neon colours, bringing something different and striking to the DualSense range. According to Leo Cardoso from PlayStation’s design team, the Hyperpop range was “Inspired by the glow of the RGB lights of your impressive gaming setups.” Beyond looking quite stunning, the Hyperpop DualSense range brings all the clever features that we know and love to the table.These include brilliantly immersive haptic feedback via the adaptive triggers and the controller itself, a built-in speaker and microphone, and motion controls. Plus, of course, they’re also compatible with your typical PC, Mac, and Android/iOS tablet and smartphone gaming setups. Players, it’s time to make your setup pop!
