Tonies 101 Tonies deliver a clever, character-based audio experience that gives kids aged from one to 12 an easy and tactile way to enjoy stories, songs, and learning adventures without a screen or internet connectivity – just pop a Tonie figurine on top, and the fun begins! What’s new? The Toniebox Lite keeps what made the original so magical, while making it substantially smaller. Now it’s compact enough to take pretty much anywhere, while remaining durable enough to survive the rigours of everyday play. It could be a long car ride, a sleepover, or simply roaming from room to room at home – regardless, this small but powerful player is ready to travel wherever your little listeners go. The classic Tonies intuitive controls remain, with taps, tilts, and squeezes giving kids full independence. They can skip, rewind, or adjust the volume, and all without any screens or menus. Rubie, Rubie, Rubie! Each Toniebox Lite My Story Set comes with a special companion named Rubie included in the box. A Creative Tonie, she’s the striking red mascot of the Tonies brand, and was designed to represent “storytelling, creativity, and self-expression”. Rubie arrives pre-loaded with a 25-minute story that’s bursting with lively characters and their exciting adventures – a charming introduction for kids to this thrilling world of audio storytelling. Rubie’s magic! Possibly the most exciting thing about little Rubie is how flexible she is. As a Creative Tonie, she offers up to 90 minutes of storage that allows families to record their own worlds, be it stories, songs, or even personal messages. Do your kids have a bedtime favourite?

While the Toniebox Lite doesn’t feature a wonderfully tactile squishy covering straight out of the box like it’s big sibling, that’s easily remedied!
