What’s new with Breville’s Juice Fountain Fresh series? Fresh Spin Technology brings a new micro-mesh cutting and juicing filter system. Two speeds let you switch between softer and harder produce; the existing Juice Fountain Compact has only one. Fresh Compact gets a bigger jug: 1.4L versus 800ml on the existing Compact. Fresh 95 adds more room to move: an 84mm chute, 3L pulp container, and direct-to-glass juicing. In short? Less prep, more flexibility and plenty of fresh juice.
Breville the Juice Fountain Fresh Compact
Small kitchen? The Juice Fountain Fresh Compact packs Breville’s fast whole-fruit juicing into a setup that won’t hog your benchtop. Its 75mm extra-wide feed chute takes whole fruit and veggies to cut down on chopping, while the onboard 1.5L pulp container keeps everything neatly contained.
Breville’s new Fresh Spin Technology combines a micro mesh cutting and juicing filter basket with a powerful motor to produce a glass of tasty juice in under 30 seconds. Two speeds let you go low for softer produce such as watermelon and high for harder, fibrous ingredients such as carrots. The 1.4L jug has a froth separator and can be sealed to refrigerate juice for up to three days. And when you’re done, dishwasher-safe components make for simple cleanup.
Best for: Everyday juicing when bench space is limited

Tips for making better juice Mix sweet with fresh: Apple and carrot make an easy base; add ginger for zing or leafy greens for a more savoury hit. Think beyond breakfast: Watermelon, lime, and mint is made for a hot afternoon; orange, carrot, and ginger can kickstart the morning. Make tomorrow’s juice today: Fill and seal the 1.4L jug and refrigerate it for up to three days – handy when mornings get hectic.
The Fresh 95 ups the capacity with a larger 84mm feed chute and 3L pulp container, so you can power through more fruit and veg with less chopping and fewer stops to empty the pulp. Making a batch? Reach for the 1.4L jug with froth separator. Just want a quick OJ before you bolt out the door? The
dedicated nozzle lets you juice straight into a glass, then simply inverts when you’re finished to help keep drips off the bench. The combination of bigger capacity and single-glass convenience makes the Fresh 95 a good fit for busy and thirsty households – it can stay on the bench instead of disappearing into the cupboard.
Best for: Bigger batches and juicing straight into your glass
