What size TV should I get for my space? A good rule of thumb is to match screen size to how far away you sit. For 4K TVs, the ideal viewing distance is roughly 1 to 1.5 times the screen size – so for a 65-inch TV, that’s about 1.6 to 2.5m. Bigger is generally better, especially for 4K content, which can still look sharp up close. However free-to-air TV can look a bit softer when viewed on large screens. What’s the difference between all these display types? The latest display tech always raises questions about what acronyms like QLED actually mean.
