It may be the smaller sibling, but the Razer Seiren V3 Mini still packs an impressive array of features into its ultracompact body. The size really does strike you as you unpack the four-part device. There’s a solid base, a stalk, and the mic itself, as well as the thoughtful addition of a colour matched USB-C cable. Once assembled and plugged in, it doesn’t take long until the Seiren V3 Mini is ready to rock, with Razer’s handy Synapse software allowing easy access to advanced settings such as sample rate and stream mixing. It really is a stylish little number, which can easily be tilted towards you or away, and with a very handy tap top pause functionality – just give the top a quick tap and it toggles between listening and not, with a handy LED indicator that's white for on and red for off. On the technical side, it packs a 14mm condenser mic with a supercardioid pickup pattern, which promises greater voice isolation – more you, less world around you, such as mouse clicks and typing clacks. Its design pulls off the feat of being retro classic looking while also modern, featuring just three parts once unboxed – a base, the main unit, and a colour-coded USB-C cable. The clever Razer Synapse software allows all manner of advanced adjustments, from assigning the physical knob on the front of the unit for mic or headphone volume (there’s a handy 3.5mm jack on the unit’s back), to selecting different light patterns to display (or no light at all), with numerous microphone, stream mixer, and lighting settings to tweak as well.

Both Seiren V3 microphones feature a 5/8-inch thread mount, so you can use them with most third-party mic stands or arms.
