BRIGHTEN UP YOUR VIEWING WITH A MINI LED TV

Why choose a Mini LED TV? Mini LED backlighting uses tens of thousands of tiny LEDs (light emitting diodes) to deliver a picture that's significantly brighter than standard LED TVs. Mini LEDs control the TV’s backlighting more precisely, so it perfectly matches the main image. They also maintain accurate contrast levels, high clarity, colour, and depth. Mini LED TVs perform well in rooms with a lot of ambient light. Look out for local dimming Local Dimming is a term you’ll come across when considering a Mini LED TV. It’s a process that reduces the backlighting in dark areas of the screen where required to create an accurate contrast ratio of highlights and shadows in a scene. Black levels remain deep and any potential ‘blooming’ of bright objects in dark scenes – like a streetlight – is reduced. Then there is Full Array local dimming, which divides an array of mini LEDs into zones for dimming of specific areas that need to be darker without reducing those that need to be brighter.
