Set 100 years after the conclusion of Vikings , spin-off series Valhalla will introduce other famous historical Norsemen and women including Leif Erikson – the son of Erik the Red – and his half-sister Freydis Eriksdottir; and the last great Viking king of Norway, Harald Hardrada.
