And while scary movies are a no-go zone for him, Joe reveals himself to be a massive Star Wars fan. “I grew up with Star Wars , so the past five years with the sequel trilogy coming out have been pretty huge for me. Regardless of which trilogy it is, I love them all!” So, which film does he count as his all-time favourite in the saga? “It’s going to be a controversial opinion, but I’ll quite happily say Revenge of the Sith , with The Empire Strikes Back coming in at number two.” And where does he stand on the contentious The Last Jedi – for or against? “ Star Wars is Star Wars ,” he laughs. “I recognise that some are better than others, but I’ll still happily watch them all.” He’s also happy to admit a fondness for bad movies. “This may sound strange, but I’ve started a collection. The original Streetfighter movie is probably at the top of that list; it’s fun to laugh at rather than laugh with.” Joe gets no argument from RR on this – after all, everybody needs their guilty pleasures. “They’re just fun to sit down and watch with mates and try and work out just what’s supposed to be going on,” he says.
