And now for something completely different. It's the complete original series of Monty Python's absurdly brilliant sketch comedy series from 1969–74. All four seasons have been lovingly remastered, with some sketches that were edited for reasons of timing, copyright and matters of taste now restored in their entirety, exclusively for this release. Terry Gilliam's iconic animated segments have also been given a glossy HD upgrade, and there's some tantalising bonus features including previously unseen outtakes and extended sketches. Needless to say, a must-have for every Python fan. AC

"Goody Goody yum yum." This beloved barmy British trio were an ABC staple during the '70s and '80s, and their wacky brand of surreal and slapstick humour left an indelible impression on TV comedy. The seven episodes included here – from the ninth and final series in 1982 – feature an encounter with Bigfoot during a search for Arthur C. Clarke; a holiday in Dunsqabblin; soccer hooliganism; a homemade robot; a lifestyle change for Bill; and the special Snow White 2 , revealing what really happens after Happily Ever After. Watch and enjoy in memory of the late, great Tim Brooke-Taylor, who we lost this year to coronavirus. SH

A new showrunner and a much- needed refresh brings The Flash back up to full speed with a dark and eventful sixth season. With Team Flash still coming to terms with the climactic events of season five that saw the loss of Nora, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) learns of his impending death and must attempt to dodge fate, while Central City faces destruction from a powerful foe. Split into two story arcs, fans get double the villains this season – Bloodwork and Mirror Master – and there's also a few new metahumans onboard, as well as the big Arrowverse crossover, Crisis on Infinite Worlds. Does Gotham need another caped crusader? It does when Batman has gone AWOL, and the terrorist Wonderland Gang are wreaking havoc. So who better to take them on than Bruce Wayne's feisty cousin, Kate Kane (Ruby Rose), who has a personal stake when they kidnap her ex, Sophie Moore (Meagan Tandy), who also happens to be a top operative in the city's security force. Ruby Rose looks the part and throws herself into the role with gusto (sustaining a well documented spinal injury during a stunt). This exciting new crime-fighter brings additional girl power and a welcome LGBTQ element to the Arrowverse. BS
