FORZA MOTORSPORT 7 GENRE: RACING PLATFORM: XBO RELEASE: OUT NOW MULTIPLAYER: YES

Forza, one of the mainstays of the Xbox franchise, is back and bigger than ever this year in Forza Motorsport 7 . In the campaign, undergo your journey towards the Forza Drivers Cup, and along the way compete in a number of different races and other car disciplines – from Gymkhana with Ken Block to limo bowling, and even an Audi generation race. There's genuinely something for everyone. Once you've competed in a few races you'll

amass credits, which you can spend on more cars for your garage; this will raise your collector score and in turn grant you access to more impressive cars. It's an endless cycle that culminates in a garage full of amazing vehicles, so there's no losing, really. Of course, Forza wouldn't be Forza without multiplayer, and it's even more satisfying when it's your mates you're beating instead of NPCs. This is all without even mentioning just how breathtaking Forza Motorsport 7 looks – especially on the Xbox One X, which just so happens to also launch this month. FM7 is a racer's dream: great handling, beautiful scenery, and over 700 cars for you to customise and obsess over to your heart's content.

SOUTH PARK: THE FRACTURED BUT WHOLE GENRE: RPG PLATFORM: PS4 | XBO | PC RELEASE: OUT NOW MULTIPLAYER: NO

Created with the full cooperation of creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and using actual artwork from the show, The Fractured But Whole is like an extended, interactive episode that only ends once you manage to get to the finish. In our podunk Colorado town, The Lord of the Rings is so last-game now. As the gender-selectable New Kid, you join Eric Cartman’s latest enterprise – to make his film project Coon and Friends the next

big superhero franchise. This starts with saving a neighbourhood cat, but things soon escalate – as does a war with the opposing faction, Mysterion’s Freedom Pals, and the dastardly Professor Chaos. Golly! As you’d expect, nobody and nothing is spared the Trey and Matt lash, and no matter where your line is as far as being offended, it’s sure to be crossed at some point. It’s the South Park way, and this thing’s rated R18+ for a reason. But the game never fails to deliver nuggets of great LOL – even if you may squirm while doing so. It took its sweet time getting here, but South Park: The Fractured But Whole hits the spot like a really satisfying...
