First released nearly 20 years ago, the two-disc set featured the recordings the rock legends made for BBC radio between 1969 and 1971. A t last, here's the movie for the GoPro generation. Hardcore Henry is a high octane action flick, shot completely in the first person perspective; it's a collaboration between Timur Bekmambetov (the maker of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter ) and fellow Eastern European director Ilya Naishuller. Viewers see through the eyes of Henry, a cyborg seeking the kidnappers of his wife. The wild set pieces called for a brand new way of shooting, and though helmet-mounted GoPro gear is common, the filmmakers wanted an experience closer to eye level, requiring an innovative camera rig that could be worn like a mask. The sevices of 12 stunt personnel were utilised depending on their area of speciality, from aerialists right through to professional horse riders. The jawdropping result has been an audience sensation, with Hardcore Henry becoming one of the highest grossing indies of 2016. Strap in for the unprecedented thrill ride of Hardcore Harry when it comes to DVD and Blu-ray on August 3.
