Throughout our long history of attending E3 shows in Los Angeles, there were a handful of games that would send the crowd into a frenzy. The mere mention of anything Final Fantasy related, or the announcement of practically any Bethesda title, led to scenes of hysteria. It wasn’t uncommon to see grown men in floods of tears. Another game that would elicit screams of joy was Dragon Age, whether by announcing a fresh entry in the series or simply just a new trailer. It began in 2008 when Dragon Age was rebadged as Dragon Age: Origins ahead of its release a year later. The announcement of Dragon Age II met with the same reaction in 2010, followed by Dragon Age: Inquisition in 2014. It’s now been ten years since Inquisition , and that same level of Dragon Age: The Veilguard

enthusiasm still exists as we prepare to head into Thedas once again in Dragon Age: The Veilguard . And while E3 and the excitement within the halls of the Los Angeles Convention Center have fallen silent, we can be assured that triple-A developer BioWare is about to lead us on another unforgettable adventure.
