Do you have a vinyl collection? If so, how did it begin, and expand? Hell yeah I do! let’s just say 500 and counting. I don’t even remember which one started it all – I think it was My Chemical Romance’s Danger Days album, but then I discovered colour presses, and it

was all over then. If an artist has multiple colour presses, I NEED THEM ALL! I have six coloured presses of I Prevail’s True Power !

What do you enjoy most about working at JB?

The absolute best part of working in music is discovering new bands and artists that I personally have slept on, or have never heard of before. I have discovered so many bands that have gone on to become some of my all-time favourites, just because I price-checked a random album.

What’s an early, cherished music memory?

Probably my mum bringing home Kasey Chambers’ Pony single, and Vanessa Amorosi’s The Power . She played them religiously when I was four years old, so now they’re both unplayable. Which recent album do you currently have on repeat? Without a doubt, Ice Nine Kills’ Welcome to Horrorwood: The Silver Scream 2. What’s your all-time favourite album and why? My Chemical Romance, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge . I’m a sucker for any kind of album that tells a story throughout, but also the album cover art just does it for me too!
