Storage solutions
Charging stations A USB charging station offers a tidy solution to a clutter of cables and adaptors. Unlike a USB hub that uses a computer or laptop’s power, a charging station is a central power source with multiple USB-A and/or USB-C ports to conveniently charge several devices simultaneously. USB charging ports are also now being integrated into conventional powerboards. CYGNETT Power Plus 24W Multi-port Wall Charger
L aptops and tablets can quickly fill up with photos, videos, and games, but their internal storage capacity can be small. That’s where portable storage devices come into play, not only to free up space, but to also back up important schoolwork. Store in a flash The ubiquitous USB flash drive can range from 32GB to 512GB of storage space. These diminutive devices can store a staggering amount of data, from hundreds of thousands of document pages and tens of thousands of photos and video minutes, depending on the size. A 32MB flash drive should more than suffice for school use, but it’s always better to have more storage than you’ll need.

Solid State Drive (SSD)
For those with a big digital library hogging laptop space, or wanting a fast and reliable back up drive, look no further than an external Solid State Drive (SSD). Compact and portable, SSDs are similar to a hard drive, but store data on flash-memory chips and are generally faster. They can hold terabytes of data and are ideal for keeping students’ files safe and secure. Consider what you want to store (documents, video files, music, photos, movies) and always choose a capacity slightly larger than you need.
