THE LOST BOYS T aking a hearty handful of classic horror tropes and adding in generous chunks of dark-tinged comedy can make for great entertainment, and director Joel Schumacher’s 1987 teen angst riot The Lost Boys did it with aplomb. Casting-wise, depending upon your definition of its members, The Lost Boys ticked requisite ‘Brat Pack’ boxes with the likes of Kiefer Sutherland, Corey Feldman and Corey Haim, alongside the likes of Jason Patric, Jami Gertz and he who would later become Bill S. Preston, Esq. himself, Alex Winter. Story-wise, two
