What‘s your all-time favourite album and why?

Aenima by Tool, as I saw them live in 1998 at Festival Hall and blew my mind!

What‘s an early, cherished music memory?

My parents buying me Nevermind on CD for $29.99. I just thought it was the best thing ever at the time, and it was the start of a life of good tunes!

Do you have a vinyl collection? If so, how did it begin, and expand?

I have the biggest personal vinyl collection in Darwin. It began with my Dad's copy of Dirty Deeds (AC/DC) in the '80s, which had a rare/ hard to get album cover. Many second hand/pawn shops and Ebay purchases later...!

Which recent album do you currently have on repeat?

What do you enjoy most about working in music at JB?

You Am I, The Lives of Others ... they're back!!!

Getting to always learn of new/different artists over all genres. I love heavy music, but could not have broadened my horizons without working in the department. Being a working musician, I also need to know the trends, and seeing what sells helps me choose songs to play live.
