What’s your all-time favourite album and why?

ROSE SATTLER @ JB Bathurst (NSW) Dual Media Coordinator

It would be hard to pick just one, but likely either The Dark Third by Pure Reason Revolution or Why Do They Rock So Hard? by Reel Big Fish. Both are just fantastic start to finish, The Dark Third because of the story it tells, and WDTRSH? for just being iconic skunk.

Rose is still vibing the 2019 collab album by Mike Patton and Jean-Paul Vennier, Corpse Flower .

Do you have a vinyl collection? If so, how did it begin, and expand?

What’s an early, cherished music memory?

I currently only have two, and both are Mastodon picture disc vinyl ( Crack the Skye and Blood Mountain ) because the artwork (and albums) are incredible.

Either listening to my mum's Madness vinyl as a kid or sneaking out of bed to watch Rage late at night!

Which recent album do you currently have on repeat?

What do you enjoy most about working in music at JB?

Corpse Flower by Vannier/Patton still gets multiple playthroughs a week for me, and Olivia Rodrigo's Sour has been an unexpected fave that I can't stop listening to.

Getting to discover stuff I otherwise wouldn't!
