Purchase any JLab product from JB Hi-Fi, trial it and if you are not completely happy with the fit, sound or product in general, you will have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return it to any JB Hi-Fi retail store for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs if the product was purchased online). Customers must show valid proof of purchase to be eligible for the refund. Offer available to Australian residents. A full refund may only be granted if the Eligible product is returned to the store in its original packaging and includes all components, accessories, manuals, cables, charging cases, earbuds, fins as provided on the date of purchase.
